PLASTICS
Our flexo printing division, PPD Plastics, offers a range of reel to reel packaging options including, but not limited to the food & beverage sector. e.g. biscuit packets, sweet wrappers, chip packets and many others.
A wide range of BOPP and Twist films of various grades and microns are used. As a result will cater to most requirements. These will be suitable for FFS and Twist wrap machinery. In conclusion, we offer industry leading turnarounds and can do small runs at competitive prices.
PPD’s new 3D division has excellent versatility, so we can design and manufacture various machine parts and can produce test samples for different applications. For instance, we can make an emergency part for your machine while you are waiting for your original import to arrive.
LABELS
At PPD Labels, we don’t just do ‘stickers’! We amplify your brand. We work with our clients. Subsequently, the result ensures their product is a success. Therefore, quality self-adhesive labelling materials and design are crucial elements to this experience and the success of your product.
A variety of finishes that elevate your labels performance can be supplied. Moreover, we can finish with UV or Gloss or Matte laminations that protect and preserve. We also produce Printed Top sheet for Roll sweets.
PPD Labels only use high quality materials which can be supplied with different textures. We can also supply a variety of tack options that are suitable for permanent or Re-Sealable labels.
However, if extreme high quality short run labelling is required, this can be handled via our digital sheetfed machine. These labels can also be laminated in matte or Gloss.
